Jigsaw Puzzle of Lala Amarnath - 1936 All-India Tour of England

Lala Amarnath - 1936 All-India Tour of England

Lala Amarnath - 1936 All-India Tour of England
Cricket - 1936 All-India Tour of England Nanik Amarnath Bhardwaj, commonly known as Lala Amarnath. The star all-rounder of the side, he was controversially sent home from the 1936 tour by divisive captain Maharajkumar of Vizianagram (aka 'Vizzy'). Nominally this was for disciplinary reasons, but many believed it was politically motivated, and the post-tour enquiry would exonerate Armarnath of any blame.
