Llanelli 28 Australia 28
Rugby Union - 1975 / 1976 Australia Tour of Britain and Ireland - Llanelli 28 Australia 28
Andy Hill, the scorer of one of Llanellis two tries, with the match ball up his jumper after the final whistle at Stradey Park.
Llanelli were leading 28-16 with sixteen minutes of the game remaining, but the tourists staged a brilliant comeback.
Hill was one of the best Welsh players of his era never to be capped for his country. At one time the winger held all clubs major points and appearance records (at a time when a try was three points): points in a season (362 points in 1971-72), tries in a season (39 tries in 1972-73), career games (454), career tries (312), and career points (2577; since surpassed by Stephen Jones).
